Job Description:
What will you do?
-
Provide high-level technical support to Schneider Electric’s most valued customers and Field Service Engineers in North America.
-
Diagnose and troubleshoot customer problems related to 3-phase power systems.
-
Document cases thoroughly and create knowledge articles to enable quick issue resolution.
-
Manage escalations effectively and ensure timely solutions.
-
Identify opportunities for revenue generation while supporting customers.
-
Collaborate with Test & Evaluation, Platform Engineering, and Product Management teams to ensure product quality.
-
Implement solutions for improper application and installation of 3-phase systems or components.

Strong ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues in electronic and 3-phase equipment using schematic or block diagrams.

Excellent networking and collaboration skills within a team environment.

Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written). French preferred.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Automation, Electrical, or Electronic preferred).

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar technical support role (preferred).

Fluency in English (spoken, written, and reading).

Strong troubleshooting skills for electronic and 3-phase systems.
-
Ability to interpret technical diagrams and apply solutions effectively.
