The Project Engineer II leads engineering changes and projects by coordinating validation and implementation activities for affected products and components. This role also provides support to mass production operations and collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of engineering changes.
Key Responsibilities

Lead engineering change projects from initiation through implementation.

Coordinate validation activities and cross-functional execution plans.

Manage engineering changes involving mechanical, electronic, and motor components.

Facilitate multidisciplinary meetings to communicate project status and requirements.

Support supplier validations for alternate or new suppliers.

Drive implementation of product specification changes in mass production.
-
Provide technical support to manufacturing operations as needed.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics preferred).

Other engineering disciplines may be considered based on experience.

Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience.

Knowledge of CAD software.

Basic understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing).

Experience or exposure to engineering change management.

Experience in product engineering is preferred.

Knowledge of root cause analysis methodologies is desirable.
