- Manage the learning management system, credentialing infrastructure, and registration platforms, enabling content program managers to efficiently upload new learning paths and labs.
- Maintain API connections, collaborate with engineers on feature releases and bugs, and ensure data security compliance.
- Automate cross-platform dashboards and provide weekly/monthly data reports to measure program efficacy.
- Serve as a technical escalation point for platform issues.
