Applies warehouse procedures, inventory controls, and system transactions to maintain stock accuracy and traceability. Refines inventory records, location data, and movement documentation to improve data integrity and stock visibility. Coordinates cross-functional follow-up on inventory inquiries, shipment issues, returns processing, and order exceptions. Reconciles physical inventory, system balances, and transaction history to identify discrepancies and protect inventory reliability. Maintains operational logs, inventory reports, and warehouse control records to support compliance and continuous improvement.

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required. Associate's degree in supply chain management, logistics, operations, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred. 3+ years of experience in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, or a related field required. Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), or equivalent certification preferred. Knowledge in warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, transport, and returns. Knowledge in inventory control, stock reconciliation, cycle counting, and transaction accuracy. Knowledge in warehouse systems, ERP transactions, inventory records, and operational documentation. Knowledge in material handling, product movement, location management, and storage controls. Knowledge in loss prevention, order accuracy, and inventory traceability practices. Knowledge in process improvement methods, workflow control, and operational efficiency practices. Ability to analyze inventory data, transaction records, and warehouse activity to identify discrepancies and trends. Ability to troubleshoot complex warehouse and inventory issues and determine appropriate resolution or escalation. Ability to apply warehouse procedures and operating guidelines with judgment across routine and non-routine assignments. Ability to maintain accurate records and support reporting, audit readiness, and data integrity. Ability to communicate operational and inventory-related information with internal and external stakeholders on matters of high importance. Ability to refine processes and support operational improvements that strengthen warehouse consistency, productivity, and control.
