Supervise day to day Customs Operation in strict adherence to the applicable laws, guidelines, policies and procedures established by Customs Regulations, Trade and Compliance Laws, as well as Vertiv Compliance Department.

Manage absence within your team ensuring a consistent approach, utilizing the RTW process

Participate in disciplinary hearings as required ensuring fairness and integrity.

Provide peer input at annual performance review or other such competency review process.

Verify team members essential experience/qualification criteria for their roles.

Provide input for 3- & 6-month probationary review to be verified and signed off by Manager.

Manage all holiday entitlements for team personnel.
