We are looking for a Junior ATM Cryptographic Key Custodian to ensure the security and availability of cryptographic key management for ATMs. You will safeguard cryptographic key components, provide immediate support to ATM technicians, and ensure compliance with established security protocols. Responsibilities

Manage and safeguard the components of ATM cryptographic keys

Provide immediate response to support and assistance requests from ATM technicians

Ensure availability and compliance with established protocols during key usage
-
Perform security-related approvals in line with current information security policies
-
Maintain accurate records of key handling activities to ensure traceability and compliance

Apply established security protocols throughout the cryptographic key lifecycle

Communicate clearly with technicians and stakeholders regarding support requests and status

Follow operational schedules and onsite/remote work guidelines as defined by the team
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field

Experience in technical support or security process management

Experience in financial services or technology environments

Familiarity with cryptographic key management concepts and procedures

Critical thinking skills and sound judgment for security-related decisions

Basic information security knowledge to support security-related approvals

Ability to work 4 days onsite and 1 day from home after a 1-month training period
-
Availability for a 10:00-19:00 schedule with a 1-hour meal break

English skills at a B1 level or higher
