POSITION OBJECTIVE
Position responsible for executing, administering, and validating employee master data transactions and records across all BRP entities, ensuring that information requested for inclusion in company systems is processed accurately, timely, and in compliance with established policies and procedures. The role is accountable for maintaining data integrity, delivering high-quality service, supporting operational and business requirements, and driving continuous improvements in data management processes to achieve the highest levels of quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
ROLE & RESPONSABILITIES:
Administrate, Validate and Execute transactions requested to apply in the systems related to HR information.
Identify, correct and implement improvement plans, when there's data mistakes on the information system
Provide transactional support for various processes when it's required
Collaborate and consult, HR Advisors, HR Payroll or Cybersecurity as required; to resolve cases, to get guidance or to clarify policies.
Proactively identify cases that require further investigation, documentation or update for continuous improvement perspectives and projects.
Create and maintain an updated knowledge base to perform current processes.
Ensure all our requests are standardized and classified in order to maintain a good quality level in the data.
Be an active participant and ambassador of the Next Gen and M25 strategies.
Follow BRP values and behaviors.
Ensure a safe working environment and take full accountability for all safety related topics.
Enforce Quality BRP policy.
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
Microsoft and Google Packages
Bilingual (fluent) – English/Spanish
KPIs (interpretation and improvement)
Transactional execution experience (SAP, any SQL system)
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor
6 months of experience in Human Resources, Customer Services, system technology operations.
