In this role, you will partner closely with the GBS Center Lead and support the coordination of cross-functional activities across areas such as Finance, Procurement, People Engagement, and Agile Coaches. You will help translate business priorities into practical actions, support operational follow-up, and contribute to process improvement and governance initiatives.
The position is designed for someone who is hands-on, collaborative, and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders. You will play an important role in helping the team stay aligned, ensuring follow-through on priorities, and supporting the execution of strategic and operational topics in a structured way. A strong engineering mindset, consulting exposure, and experience in client-facing environments will be highly valued.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Operations Management, Finance, Communications, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in consulting, business operations, strategy support, project coordination, or a similar client-facing role.
- Consulting Exposure: Experience in a Big Four or similar consulting environment is highly preferred. Experience supporting multiple stakeholders, managing priorities, and contributing to problem-solving in fast-paced environments.
- Client-Facing Experience: Proven experience interacting directly with clients or senior stakeholders, managing expectations, and supporting delivery in structured environments.
- Technical Skills: Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis; experience with project tracking, reporting, and process improvement is a plus.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable working with clients and stakeholders at different levels.
- Ability to organize tasks, follow through on commitments, and work with minimal supervision.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into clear recommendations and actionable insights.
