Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and continuous improvement of team members in mold, press, and auxiliary equipment processes.

Prepare and maintain procedures, test specifications, cost control plans, and self-inspection processes.

Ensure effective implementation of quality standards, including process capability analysis, design validation, and corrective actions.

Collaborate with external suppliers to improve product quality and ensure compliance with requirements.

Conduct internal and external audits and maintain updated quality documentation, including FMEA and control plans.

Actively promote and participate in 5S initiatives, ensuring proper housekeeping standards and safe operations within the facility.

Maintain high employee morale and discipline, conducting performance appraisals and implementing disciplinary actions when necessary to ensure operational efficiency.

Manage and optimize raw material usage to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
What will you need to succeed?

Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a Quality Engineer.

Proven experience in Quality Assurance processes and methodologies.

Advanced level of English (written and spoken).

Strong service orientation and teamwork mindset.

Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Experience working with SAP.
