We are looking for a leader who can elevate teaching practice, support educators with clarity and warmth, communicate beautifully with families, and protect the integrity of a growing child-centered, inquiry-based learning culture.

The Opportunity
As Pedagogical Leader, you will become the guardian of the school’s educational quality.
You will work closely with classroom educators, leadership, family-facing teams, and psycho-pedagogical specialists to ensure that every child experiences a coherent, beautiful, and developmentally meaningful journey.
It is a leadership role for someone who loves being close to children, teachers, families, and the everyday life of a school. You will observe classrooms, coach educators, strengthen learning projects, guide documentation, support family communication, and help the school continuously evolve its pedagogical identity.
The right person will bring both pedagogical depth and human sensitivity: someone who can think strategically, speak clearly, listen deeply, and lead with both standards and heart.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and strengthen the school’s pedagogical program across nursery, preschool, and elementary.
- Review and update curriculum structures, learning experiences, and pedagogical practices.
- Support educators in designing meaningful interdisciplinary projects.
- Observe classrooms and provide actionable feedback.
- Facilitate pedagogical meetings, reflection sessions, and professional development.
- Support teachers in planning, documentation, classroom decision-making, and family communication.
- Collaborate with psycho-pedagogical specialists on child-specific needs and interventions.
- Ensure coherence between the school’s philosophy and daily classroom practice.
- Help present the school’s educational model to prospective families.
- Strengthen family understanding, participation, and trust.
- Coordinate or supervise workshops, enrichment experiences, and special programs.
- Promote a culture of innovation, reflection, professional growth, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Degree in Education or Pedagogy
- Leadership experience working in preschool, elementary, or mixed-age educational environments
- Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, or lead educators
- Strong understanding of child development and progressive educational practices such as Waldorf Montessori and Reggio
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfort communicating with families in a professional school setting.
- Strong organizational and follow-through skills.
- Bilingual ability in Spanish and English
