About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Java Developer with over 8 years of software development experience and knowledge of Generative AI (GenAI) to join strategic projects within the banking sector.
Requirements
Essential
- Over 8 years of Java development experience.
- Experience or involvement in Generative AI (GenAI) projects.
- Solid knowledge of Python.
- Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
- Knowledge of BigQuery.
- Experience with Kubernetes.
- Proficiency with Splunk.
- Prior experience in the banking or financial sector.
- Advanced conversational English (ability to participate in technical meetings and collaborate with international teams).
- Availability to work on-site in Mexico.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain enterprise applications using Java.
- Design and implement Generative AI-based solutions.
- Integrate language models (LLMs) and RAG architectures into applications.
- Develop complementary solutions in Python.
- Deploy and manage applications in Kubernetes environments.
- Analyze metrics, logs, and performance using Splunk and BigQuery.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in technical meetings in English.
- Participate in technology transformation projects for the financial sector.
ADVANCED CONVERSATIONAL ENGLISH AND SPANISH ESSENTIAL (Will be evaluated).
