The Training Supervisor this position is responsible for planning, implementing, supervising, and evaluating employee training, development, and learning programs. The role ensures compliance with operational, quality, safety, regulatory, and talent development requirements while contributing to the achievement of organizational objectives. The incumbent is also responsible for ensuring strict compliance with the Mexican Federal Labor Law and Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare (STPS) regulations related to employee training and development.
YOUR BACKGROUND
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education/Pedagogy, Psychology, Computer Systems Engineering, or a related field.
Knowledge of the Mexican Federal Labor Law (Chapter III Bis).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in instructional material design and validation.
Problem-solving and analytical skills.
Group management and facilitation skills.
Basic computer proficiency.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
Administrative and organizational abilities.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Basic to intermediate English proficiency
YOUR ROLE
Support the design and development of instructional materials.
Coordinate classroom and training logistics.
Prepare training documentation and materials, including attendance records and training evaluations.
Maintain and update training records in the LAS system.
Annual Training Plan Administration and Follow-Up (Indirect and Salaried Employees)
Support Training Needs Assessments (TNA).
Coordinate and oversee orientation programs, technical training, soft skills development, and leadership development courses.
Design and update the Annual Training and Development Plan.
Manage internal and external training programs, as well as required certifications.
Support the design and development of instructional materials.
Coordinate classroom and training logistics.
Prepare training materials and documentation, including attendance records and event evaluations.
Ensure training records, attendance lists, evaluations, and certifications are accurately maintained and updated in the LAS electronic system.
Maintain liaison and collaboration with INEA (National Institute for Adult Education).
Support INEA educational development and schooling projects.
Coordinate the company scholarship program.
Process and administer scholarship applications and related documentation.
Maintain documentation and controls to ensure compliance with EOS internal systems.
Manage documentation required for internal audits, external audits (BSI), and legal compliance audits.
Administer STPS training and compliance requirements.
Ensure the proper establishment and operation of the Joint Training, Development, and Productivity Committee (DC-1).
Maintain all required documentation and evidence available for STPS inspections and audits.
