TIKTOK CONTENT & GROW SPECIALIST - GLOBAL COMPANY / FULL-TIME, REMOTE
This Remote position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere in LATAM. Occasional travel may be required for key meetings, conferences, or team events.
Job Description:
We're looking for a TikTok-native marketer and content creator to lead the Company's TikTok and TikTok Shop strategy, helping us build a thriving community, grow brand awareness, and drive product sales through engaging, platform-native content.
This is a highly creative and strategic role. You'll own the content direction for TikTok, identify opportunities before they trend, create compelling content, collaborate with creators and our internal teams, and continuously optimize performance based on data.
Responsibilities
- Own TikTok content from idea to execution, with a focus on community growth, engagement, and TikTok Shop sales.
- Create and publish high-performing short-form content that feels authentic and native to TikTok.
- Serve as one of the on-camera faces of the brand when appropriate.
- Develop content that supports TikTok Shop, including product education, demonstrations, trends, livestreams, and conversion-focused videos.
- Research emerging TikTok trends, sounds, creators, and platform features, and quickly adapt them to our brand.
- Build a content calendar aligned with product launches, campaigns, promotions, and seasonal opportunities.
- Partner with our Marketing, Design, and Video teams to produce content that supports broader marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with influencers, affiliates, and creators to expand our reach on TikTok.
- Monitor content performance and continuously optimize based on views, watch time, engagement, click-through rates, and TikTok Shop sales.
- Identify new opportunities to grow our community through organic content and creator partnerships.
Qualifications
- Proven experience growing a TikTok account for a brand channel.
- Strong understanding of TikTok trends, storytelling, algorithm behavior, and best practices.
- Experience with TikTok Shop or social commerce is highly preferred.
- Comfortable appearing on camera and creating engaging, authentic content.
- Strong creative instincts with the ability to quickly execute new ideas.
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, Premiere, or similar)
- Passion for wellness, lifestyle, beauty, or health products is a plus.
- Data-aware mindset. You understand what makes a strong hook, high retention, engagement, and conversion.
- Experience using AI tools to support content ideation, scripting, trend research, and workflow optimization.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects, tight deadlines, and changing priorities.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
- English in an advanced level.
