Profile: Onboarding Sales Specialist

As we rapidly scale ClickGrow, we are looking for a high-energy, technical, and sales-driven Onboarding Sales Specialist based in Latin America. In this role, you will be the face of the company for our newest trial users. You aren't just helping them click buttons; you are the strategic advisor who bridges the gap between 'signing up for a trial' and fully committing to their paid growth plan.
This is a high-impact, revenue-generating role. You will lead rapid-fire, 30-minute interactive Zoom sessions with free-trial users. Your dual mission is to ensure their account is technically configured for immediate value, while actively uncovering their business pain points, pitching higher-tier plans, and pushing paid conversions over the finish line. The job description does not constitute a contract of employment and is subject to managerial discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Paid Conversions: Actively guide trial users through their journey, leveraging onboarding sessions as strategic touchpoints to demonstrate ROI, overcome objections, and secure long-term paid subscriptions before or at the end of their trial.
- Lead Value-Driven Onboarding: Conduct back-to-back, 30-minute Zoom sessions with trial users, ensuring end-to-end account setup (API integrations, tracking installations, dashboard configurations).
- Consultative Upselling: Identify user growth goals during calls to recommend and sell relevant product upgrades, add-ons, or higher-tier plans that directly align with their business needs.
- Handle Sales Objections: Confidently address friction points regarding pricing, features, or competitor comparisons, turning skeptical trial users into enthusiastic, long-term paid customers.
- Maintain Pipeline Discipline: Diligently track trial user interactions, conversion status, and follow-ups within our CRM to maximize conversion rates.
- Feedback Loop: Partner with the product and marketing teams to share insights on why users convert (or drop off) to continuously optimize the self-serve funnel.
- Risk & Security Management: Uphold dashboard compliance by verifying client profiles, ensuring confidentiality, and escalating fraud or suspicious activity to the appropriate team.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven Sales DNA: 2+ years of experience in a quota-carrying inside sales, account executive, or closing role (SaaS, MarTech, or Digital Agency experience is highly preferred).
- Bilingual Mastery (English C1/C2): Exceptional verbal and written English is non-negotiable. You must be highly confident pitching, negotiating, and handling objections with US-based and global business owners.
- Technical Aptitude: Comfortable with basic web technologies, SaaS setups, or marketing technology stacks. You need to be able to "talk shop" regarding integrations while keeping the conversation focused on business value.
- High Energy & Stamina: Ability to maintain an enthusiastic, persuasive sales presence across a dense calendar of back-to-back 30-minute sessions.
- Closing Mentality: A self-starter who is motivated by targets, conversions, and pushing prospects past the point of hesitation.
- Location: Based in Latin America to seamlessly align with our primary North American time zones.

Pay: $87.42 - $122.39 per hour
