Seeking a quick learning, hard working customer success specialists that have near perfect English / neutral accent and a terrific, positive attitude. We are a new AI enabled software in the field services space, with entirely US and Canadian customer base. We are competing in an antiquated space with little to no customer service. We are going to wow our customers with our world-class, rock star customer service team that has intimate product knowledge and is available 24-7, entirely through video call and phone call.
