YOUR ROLE:

The Engineering Lead is responsible for leading the design, development, and delivery of high-quality software solutions while mentoring and guiding a team of engineers. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with people management, ensuring alignment with business goals, engineering best practices, and delivery timelines.

Main Activities:

Lead architecture, design, and implementation of scalable and secure systems.
Drive technical decision-making aligned with long-term strategy.
Mentor, coach, and develop engineers.
Own project estimation, planning, and execution.
Collaborate with Product, QA, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Promote Agile, CI/CD, and DevOps best practices.
Ensure compliance with security and reliability standards.

YOUR ROLE:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
7+ years of software development experience, proficiency in Java, Springboot, and preferably Angular.
2–4 years in a technical leadership role with Technical and architectural judgment
Experience with cloud platforms ( preferably Azure).
Strong understanding of system design, databases, APIs, and microservices.
Experience with Agile methodologies.
Strong English communication and stakeholder management
