Job Description:

Support day-to-day HR operations (employee relations, onboarding, documentation).

Assist in the implementation of HR programs (training, engagement, well-being initiatives).

Support employee data management and HR systems updates.

Help coordinate onboarding and induction processes.

Provide support in employee communications and HR campaigns.

Assist in HR metrics tracking and reporting.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Payroll, Training, EHS).

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

High level of confidentiality and professionalism.

(External) English Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Communications, Business Administration, Human Resources, Social Work, Business, or a related field

Strong interest in HR generalist functions

Basic understanding of labor regulations (preferred).

High sense of responsibility and confidentiality.
Confidence presenting and communicating ideas

Intermediate to Advanced English
