Job Description:
What will you do?
-
Brindar atención y soporte a los colaboradores, asegurando una experiencia positiva y de calidad.
-
Dar seguimiento a procesos relacionados con nómina para garantizar pagos oportunos y correctos.
-
Capturar y administrar incidencias de nómina y reportes administrativos.
-
Apoyar en la entrega y control de uniformes, batas y otros materiales para empleados.
-
Coordinar y ejecutar actividades de bienestar (wellbeing) y compromiso de los colaboradores.
-
Organizar eventos internos, campañas de reconocimiento y celebraciones corporativas (Halloween, aniversarios, eventos de integración, entre otros).

Coordinar sesiones, reuniones y aplicaciones de encuestas internas.
-
Elaborar, actualizar y dar seguimiento a reportes administrativos del área.

Mantener una comunicación constante y efectiva tanto con los colaboradores como con los líderes del equipo.

Colaborar en iniciativas que fortalezcan la cultura organizacional y el sentido de pertenencia.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

Ser estudiante activo(a) de Administración de Empresas, Comercio, Psicología, Negocios, Capital Humano, Ingeniería en Gestión Empresarial o carreras afines.
-
Contar con fecha estimada de graduación en diciembre de 2027 o posterior.
-
Disponibilidad para trabajar de manera 100% presencial en la Planta Reynosa, en un horario de 7:00 a.m. a 2:00 p.m., con puntualidad y compromiso.
-
Conocimientos básicos y manejo del paquete Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint y Word).
-
Experiencia o conocimientos en herramientas de diseño como Canva y elaboración de presentaciones.
-
Capacidad para crear y dar formato a reportes y materiales visuales.
-
Nivel de inglés intermedio deseable para apoyar en traducciones, campañas y materiales de comunicación.
-
Interés por las áreas de Recursos Humanos, Administración, Atención al Cliente Interno y Experiencia del Empleado.
