Job Description:
We are looking for a Product Cost Leader to join our team and play a key role in the development of new products. In this position, you will work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Marketing, and Finance teams to build accurate product cost estimates, identify cost optimization opportunities, and support strategic decisions that drive product competitiveness and profitability. Lead product cost estimation activities for new product development projects.

Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Marketing, and Finance teams to build accurate cost models.

Analyze product designs, manufacturing processes, and cost drivers to achieve product cost targets.

Identify cost optimization opportunities and support strategic decision-making throughout the product lifecycle.

Prepare and communicate cost forecasts, assumptions, and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams.

Curiosity to understand both the technical and financial aspects of a product.

Effective communication skills in a global and multicultural environment.

A continuous improvement mindset with a focus on delivering results.

Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering, or Finance/Accounting with experience in product costing.

2+ years of experience in manufacturing, industrialization, product costing, cost engineering, or related areas.

Knowledge of product costing methodologies, manufacturing processes, and supply chain concepts.

Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP is a plus.

Advanced English communication skills.

Availability to travel 10-20% as required.
