We are seeking an experienced and results-drive Maintenance Manager to plan, coordinate, and supervise preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities for machinery, equipment, and facilities, ensuring operational continuity of production processes, compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards, and optimal resource utilization.
General Responsibilities-
Manage the proactive planning and execution of preventive and predictive maintenance, supervise corrective maintenance to improve efficiency and reliability and minimize equipment downtime.

Manage, plan, organize and assign work for the entire maintenance department to ensure safe and smooth operations.

Providing holistic managerial oversight and technical leadership regarding PLCs robotics, pneumatics, hydraulics and electrical systems to ensure that production equipment remains reliable and operational while maximizing uptime and efficiency.

Leading the analysis of machine breakdown data to determine optimal preventative maintenance scheduling to maximum uptime.

Managing the development of tool/process reliability and machine lifetime estimation models for critical component inventory management.

Long term action plan development to prevent recurrence.

Managing safety procedures and collaborate plant safety, health and environmental compliance.

Collaborate with process engineering and production to improve operational efficiency.

Ensure compliance with industrial safety, health, environmental, and quality standards (IATF 16949, ISO 14001 ISO45001), and participate in internal and external audits.

Administer the department’s budget and control maintenance costs (optimizing expenses and reducing / offseting unexpected impacts.)

Evaluate and manage external service providers.
Education:-
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electromechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:-
Minimum of 8 years in similar roles within the automotive industry

Experience in maintenance of machinery used in fiber transformation processes, laminating, cutting, thermoforming, etc.

Knowledge of PLC, electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance systems.
