Act as the primary communication and operational coordination link between Production, Quality, and Materials, ensuring the clear, accurate, and timely flow of information between the management team.
Facilitate cross-functional coordination, clarify operational requirements and priorities, follow up on pending actions, and support the timely resolution of issues to promote operational efficiency, alignment, and mutual understanding across the organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Manufacturing or Production Engineering.
- Advanced english level.
- Understanding automotive manufacturing processes.

Main Responsibilities:
- Cross-Functional Communication and Coordination - Serve as the main communication link between Production, Quality, and Materials departments.
- Ensure that operational information, priorities, requirements, and changes are communicated clearly, accurately, and in a timely manner to all relevant stakeholders.
- Production Plan Coordination and Follow-Up
- Monitor daily and weekly production plans and facilitate communication among Production, Quality, and Materials regarding requirements, priorities, constraints, and potential risks.
- Follow up with the responsible departments on issues or pending actions that may affect the execution of the production plan.
- Maintain visibility of open issues, commitments, and action items across departments.
- Coordinate regular follow-up with the responsible teams to ensure timely communication of progress, delays, risks, and required actions.
- Escalate unresolved issues or potential operational risks to the appropriate management level when necessary.
- Facilitate effective communication between management by clarifying operational expectations, priorities, instructions, and requirements.
- Identify and address communication gaps or misunderstandings that could affect operational performance or cross-functional collaboration.
- Promote effective communication and mutual understanding between different management and working cultures.
- Facilitate alignment among Production, Quality, Materials, and other relevant departments regarding production schedules, material availability, quality requirements, operational priorities, and pending actions.
- Support cross-functional discussions and coordination when operational issues require the involvement of multiple departments.
- Participate in daily and weekly operational meetings.
- Document key agreements, responsibilities, deadlines, and action items.
- Maintain an effective follow-up system to track progress and ensure that responsible departments provide timely updates.
- Operational Reporting Prepare concise and accurate reports regarding:
- Production plan status
- Cross-functional operational issues
- Material or quality risks affecting production
- Pending actions and responsible departments
- Escalated issues
- Progress on corrective actions
- Provide management with timely visibility of operational risks and communication gaps requiring attention.
