The Professional Services Bookings Analyst is a key member of the Professional Services Solutions (PSS) organization, focused on ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our services bookings. This role is responsible for maintaining opportunity hygiene by meticulously reviewing Statements of Work (SOWs) and order forms, processing change requests, and supporting the team with essential reporting and ad-hoc analysis. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and thrives in a fast-paced sales environment.
You'll Get To::
Opportunity Hygiene & Deal Processing:

Maintain Salesforce data integrity for all services opportunities, confirming alignment with order form and SOW (pricing, scope, terms), flagging discrepancies to the Professional Services Solutions (PSS) team for resolution.

Process closed opportunities, ensuring all opportunities in the CRM (Salesforce) accurately reflect the signed contractual documents.

Assist with processing deal approvals through the appropriate workflow once structure decisions are made by leadership.

Support the enforcement of services bookings policies and approval workflows.
Change Requests & Delivery Support:

Work with the Delivery team to process change orders: creating the associated opportunity, assisting with approval routing, support order form generation as needed, and ensuring system updates.

Partner with the PS Back Office team to streamline and support the project creation process.

Serve a key point of contact for the Delivery team for any booking-related inquiries or modifications.
Reporting & Data Analysis:

Assemble regular reporting packages for services bookings, pipeline, and other key performance indicators.

Conduct ad-hoc analysis for the Professional Services leadership team to support strategic decision-making.

Assist in forecasting and pipeline analysis to provide visibility into future bookings.
What You'll Bring::
Years of Experience in Related Field: 2-4 years of experience in a sales operations, financial analysis, or professional services operations role.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
Technical/Specialized Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., Xlookups/Vlookups, pivot tables, complex formulas)

Experience working with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce

Strong analytical skills with an exceptional eye for detail

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
