Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing or related.
Supervise and coordinate daily activities of 80-100 Production Operators.
Ensure compliance of safety standards and promote a strong safety culture in the shop floor.
3 Years Previous experience metal mechanic industry
Oversee daily production schedules and ensure on time delivery according production plan.
Monitor and improve key performance indicators such: Efficiency, productivity, scrap, OEE, Downtime and labor utilization.
Ensure products meet quality standards and customer specifications.
Lead work force planning, shift organization and resource allocation.
Coach, mentor and develop team leaders and operators to elevate engagement and performance.
Manage employee performance, discipline, attendance and conflict resolution.
Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain and HR to resolve operational issues.
Ensure accurate production report and proper usage of system D365
Drives continous improvement initiatives as: lean manufacturing, 5'S, Kaizen)
