This position is in our specialized portfolio enterprise where we serve diverse businesses who support unique customers or markets, including animal nutrition and health, bioindustrial, road safety salt and Cargill joint ventures.
The Strategic Marketing & Technology Lead will develop strategy and lead the execution of strategic marketing and product line activities for the swine nutrition business in Mexico. In this role, you will lead a team that connects customer and market needs with category management, nutrition, technical and portfolio capabilities to strengthen innovation, value capture and integrated solutions across people, products and platforms.
You will translate market insights, customer needs and technical fundamentals into portfolio priorities, product updates, value propositions, go-to-market initiatives and commercial growth opportunities.
- Advise on the preparation and coordination of product introductions, product updates, portfolio initiatives and innovation opportunities.
- Evaluate market, customer, competitive and technical insights to identify business opportunities and enhancements to current products, services and solutions.
- Lead category management, nutrition and strategic marketing capabilities to shape portfolio strategy, innovation priorities, product lifecycle decisions and value capture initiatives.
- Support the development of integrated solutions that combine products, technical knowledge, services, platforms and commercial capabilities to help customers solve production and business challenges.
- Plan, organize and coordinate complex programs to accomplish financial, strategic and budgetary goals in a fast-changing business environment.
- Lead, coach and develop the team, making decisions related to talent management, hiring, performance and development.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of six years of related work experience
- English advanced level written and oral
- Other minimum qualifications may apply
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Master’s degree in business, marketing, animal nutrition, animal science, veterinary science or a related technical field.
- Experience in animal nutrition, swine production, feed or related technical B2B industries.
- Experience leading product line, portfolio, innovation or technical marketing initiatives.
- Ability to translate technical or nutritional concepts into customer value propositions and commercial strategies.
