¿Qué harás como SAP FICO Functional Analyst Sr. en Sealed Air?
Serás responsable de liderar soluciones funcionales de SAP FICO enfocadas principalmente en Accounts Payable, Banking y Fixed Assets , participando en proyectos globales de transformación digital y brindando soporte a procesos críticos del negocio. Trabajarás de forma cercana con usuarios de negocio, equipos técnicos y stakeholders internacionales para configurar SAP, resolver incidentes complejos y proponer mejoras que generen impacto. Buscamos a alguien con iniciativa, autonomía y enfoque consultivo que contribuya activamente al éxito de proyectos globales.
¿Por qué te necesitamos?
Configurar, analizar y dar soporte funcional a soluciones SAP FICO, especialmente en Accounts Payable, Banking y Fixed Assets .
Participar en proyectos globales de implementación, mejoras y transformación digital relacionados con procesos financieros.
Investigar, diagnosticar y resolver incidentes complejos en ambientes productivos.
Colaborar con usuarios de negocio, desarrolladores ABAP, equipos de integración, Basis, Seguridad y proveedores externos para entregar soluciones de alto impacto.
Traducir necesidades del negocio en soluciones funcionales dentro de SAP, proponiendo mejoras y mejores prácticas.
Trabajar de manera independiente, liderando conversaciones, impulsando iniciativas y asegurando el avance de los proyectos sin supervisión constante.
Promover la adopción de herramientas de Inteligencia Artificial que mejoren la eficiencia, productividad y resolución de problemas dentro del equipo.
Contribuir al desarrollo y mejora continua de procesos financieros dentro de un entorno global y altamente colaborativo

Mentalidad de mejora continua y adopción de herramientas de Inteligencia Artificial (ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini o similares; experiencia con Codex es un plus)
