Position Overview
We're looking for a Google Ads Specialist with 2–5 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
In this role, you'll be responsible for planning, launching, optimizing, and scaling Google Ads campaigns for multiple clients. You'll work closely with our U.S.-based team, analyze campaign performance, communicate recommendations to clients in English, and contribute to delivering measurable business results.
This is a hybrid position based in Guadalajara, Jalisco.
Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis.
- Monitor and improve campaign performance through ongoing optimization.
- Manage Search, Performance Max, Display, and Local Services Ads campaigns.
- Verify conversion tracking and ensure reporting accuracy.
- Analyze campaign data to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams on landing pages, CRO, and tracking implementation.
- Present campaign performance and recommendations during client meetings in English.
- Maintain organized reporting and account documentation.
- Manage multiple client accounts while meeting performance goals.
QualificationsRequired
- 2–5 years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
- Professional English (spoken and written).
- Experience managing multiple Google Ads accounts simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
- Experience with Google Analytics and conversion tracking.
Preferred
- Google Ads Certifications.
- Experience working with U.S.-based clients.
- Experience in a marketing agency environment.
- Experience with home service or local service businesses.
- Familiarity with Google Tag Manager and GA4.

- $30,000–$34,000 MXN gross per month, depending on experience.
