The Ordering Supervisor is responsible for tracking and expediting supplier orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery to the plant in order to meet customer requirements. Maintain optimal inventory levels to prevent both excess stock and material shortages within the facility. Manage purchase orders and ensure supply continuity.
YOUR ROLE
Review and validate MRP (Material Requirements Planning) loads on a weekly basis and release purchase orders to suppliers.
Ensure continuous availability of raw materials to support production requirements.
Negotiate recovery plans and corrective actions with late or underperforming suppliers.
Maintain inventory control processes to optimize inventory levels and minimize costs.
Ensure proper coordination of engineering changes and model changes within the department.
Meet Ordering Department performance metrics, including OSA, QVC, and SDQIPK.
Monitor and control the department’s premium freight expenses.
Provide feedback regarding unsafe acts and unsafe working conditions and promote a safe work environment.
YOUR BACKGROUNG
Bachelors degree terminated Logistics or related
Knowledge of ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Effective negotiation skills.
Problem-solving and solution-development capabilities.
Advanced English proficiency (90% or higher).
Personnel management and leadership skills.
