Human Resources Generalist – San Luis Potosí Plant
Contract:

Business Group: Exteriors Plant San Luis Potosí / Human Resources
Scope: Local position with cross-functional interaction across the site
Responsibilities:
Lead and support recruitment and selection activities for operators, technicians, and selected administrative and operations positions.
Coordinate candidate pipelines, interviews, and hiring follow-up with internal stakeholders to ensure timely staffing for critical site needs.
Support labor relations activities in coordination with the HR team, ensuring proper follow-up on disciplinary matters, employee relations topics, and union-related interactions.
Assist in onboarding and induction processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the organization.
Support training coordination and follow-up, including employee development actions and compliance-related training activities.
Maintain and update employee records, HR documentation, contracts, and administrative files in line with internal procedures and legal requirements.
Provide day-to-day HR support to managers and employees on workforce administration, internal policies, and people-related processes.
Monitor key HR indicators such as absenteeism, turnover, overtime, and employee incidents, and support improvement actions with the HR team.
Support payroll and time administration processes when required, including follow-up on incidences, shift changes, attendance records, and employee movements.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within Human Resources and actively support cross-functional HR projects across the site.
Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Human Resources, or a related administrative field.
3 to 5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in manufacturing or automotive environments.
Solid experience in recruitment and selection for direct labor, technical roles, and administrative positions.
Knowledge of labor relations practices, disciplinary processes, and Mexican Federal Labor Law.
Experience supporting onboarding, training administration, and employee services processes.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic plant environment.
Data analysis and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and support decision-making.
Proficiency in HR and administrative systems such as TRESS, SAP, IDSE, Enablon, OPTeam, and IMS systems is highly desirable.
Intermediate to advanced English is required.
Strong customer service mindset, communication skills, teamwork, and internal client orientation are essential.
