Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Administrative Assistant to provide remote administrative support. This position is responsible for helping our leadership team stay organized by managing administrative processes, maintaining accurate business records, preparing operational reports, supporting recruiting efforts, and assisting with bookkeeping activities.
The ideal candidate enjoys working behind the scenes, is comfortable working with numbers and data, and takes pride in keeping information organized and accurate. This role requires someone who is proactive, dependable, and capable of managing multiple priorities while working independently.
This is not a customer-facing position. Front desk responsibilities, appointment scheduling, member communications, and sales activities are handled by our studio teams.
What You'll Do
As our Operations Administrative Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day administrative functions of the business. You will prepare recurring business reports that help leadership monitor studio performance, verify operational data to ensure its accuracy, assist with commission calculations, and help maintain organized business records.
You will coordinate administrative purchasing requests submitted by our studio teams, maintain documentation related to business operations, and assist with bookkeeping by recording and organizing financial information in QuickBooks Online.
The role also supports our recruiting process by coordinating interviews, communicating with candidates, and maintaining hiring records. In addition, you will assist with organizing community outreach initiatives by researching local partnership opportunities, scheduling meetings, and tracking outreach activities.
Success in this position depends on your ability to stay organized, pay close attention to detail, communicate effectively, and consistently deliver accurate work with minimal supervision.

The ideal candidate has experience in administrative support, bookkeeping, reporting, or business operations. Experience supporting multiple locations or multiple managers is a strong plus.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Advanced Excel skills and experience with QuickBooks Online are required, along with strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Experience with ClubReady or any CRM, Indeed Recruiting, or other business management software is preferred but not required.
