This Trainee position is being added to the HR Services team in Mexico to internalize operational activities previously handled by a GBS provider, supporting the team's expanded responsibilities. To meet this objective, the role will concentrate on two core areas: HR Operational Plant Support, which involves executing transactional HR processes and managing employee data, and Administrative & Process Support, focused on documentation, Invoicing management, and assisting the broader HR team. Given the focus on foundational HR tasks, the ideal candidate will be a current student or recent graduate with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive learning attitude. No prior professional experience is required, but a keen interest in Technology and process improvement is essential.

Assist in processing employee data changes in HR systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Support the employee lifecycle by preparing documentation for new hires, transfers, and terminations.

Handle basic employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures, escalating complex issues as needed.

Collaborate with the HR Services team to support various operational HR projects and initiatives.

Maintain and organize digital and physical employee files in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economy, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
