Overview:
Design, implement, and strengthen internal communication and organizational culture strategies that foster employee engagement, align employees with the company's values, and promote a positive work environment. Ensure timely and effective communication across all levels of the organization while driving initiatives that enhance the employee experience, strengthen a sense of belonging, and support the achievement of the company's strategic objectives.
Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the internal communication strategy aligned with business objectives.

Create, edit, and distribute internal communications across multiple channels (email, intranet, digital displays, newsletters, Teams, and social platforms).

Ensure consistent corporate messaging and brand identity across all internal communications.

Plan and coordinate employee engagement, recognition, wellness, and culture initiatives.

Lead communication plans for organizational changes, new programs, and business updates.

Measure employee engagement and communication effectiveness through surveys and feedback mechanisms.

Manage internal communication calendars and content plans.

Partner with HR, Operations, EHS, Leadership, and other departments to communicate key initiatives.

Support onboarding communications and employer branding activities.

Coordinate company events, town halls, leadership meetings, and employee celebrations.

Develop presentations, videos, graphics, and communication materials.
-
Maintain and update communication channels to ensure accurate and timely information.
-
Monitor communication metrics and recommend continuous improvements.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

3–5 years of experience in Internal Communications, Employee Engagement, Human Resources, or Organizational Development.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.

Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Advanced Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); experience with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint is preferred.

Experience with graphic design and communication tools (Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Creative Suite, or similar) is a plus.
