Role Overview:
Brother Mexico is seeking a Senior Director, Sales & Marketing to lead the commercial strategy and accelerate sustainable, profitable growth across our Consumer and Commercial businesses.
This executive role will have overall leadership responsibility for Sales and Marketing across the Printing & Solutions (P&S), Labeling & Mobile (L&M), Personal & Home (P&H), and Industrial Printing (IP) portfolios, representing a business of MXN 2.5B+ in annual revenue.
The Senior Director will set the commercial direction for Mexico, strengthen our go-to-market strategy, expand market share, and build a high-performing Sales & Marketing organization.
As a key business leader, this position will also work closely with senior stakeholders across Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Service, HR, and other functions, as well as Brother's regional and global headquarters, to shape priorities and position the Mexico business for its next stage of growth.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Commercial & Business Strategy

Own and lead the Sales & Marketing strategy for Mexico, with accountability for revenue growth, profitability, market share, and commercial performance.

Translate corporate priorities into clear annual and multi-year commercial strategies and execution plans.

Establish and deliver against annual and quarterly sales objectives across business segments and channels.

Identify and accelerate new business, channel, customer, and market opportunities.

Continuously evaluate and evolve Brother's Go-to-Market strategy, responding with agility to changes in customers, channels, competitors, and market dynamics.

Drive disciplined management of pricing, commercial conditions, partner programs, incentives, and promotional investments.

Use business intelligence, customer insights, and competitive data to anticipate risks and unlock growth opportunities.

Build strong relationships with strategic customers, partners, and key industry stakeholders.
Sales & Marketing Leadership

Lead an integrated Sales & Marketing organization, creating strong alignment between commercial strategy, product strategy, channels, and market execution.

Define portfolio, product, channel, pricing, and demand-generation strategies that support sustainable business growth.

Oversee key marketing priorities including product launches, digital marketing, brand strategy, customer engagement, public relations, social media, and channel activation.

Ensure marketing investments, promotional funds, and rebates deliver measurable business impact and ROI.

Strengthen collaboration between Sales and Marketing to create an integrated, customer-centric commercial organization.

Represent Brother Mexico at strategic customer meetings, industry events, trade shows, and executive forums.
Organizational Leadership

Build, lead, and develop a high-performing Sales & Marketing leadership team.

Establish clear accountability, performance expectations, and decision-making disciplines across the organization.

Financial & Operational Performance

Lead commercial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management for the business.

Monitor revenue, profitability, market share, pipeline, forecast accuracy, and other critical commercial KPIs.

Partner closely with Finance and Supply Chain to align commercial plans, product forecasts, inventory, and business priorities.

Regularly assess actual performance against targets and adjust strategies, resources, territories, or commercial programs as required.

Deliver executive-level business reviews and recommendations to regional and global leadership.
Global & Cross-Functional Partnership

Serve as a senior commercial partner to Brother International Corporation (BIC) in the U.S. and Brother Industries, Ltd. (BIL) in Japan.

Influence and align cross-functional stakeholders to secure the capabilities and resources required to execute the Mexico growth strategy.

Collaborate with Brother subsidiaries and global business units on strategic initiatives, portfolio priorities, and market opportunities.
Experience & Qualifications:
We are looking for an accomplished commercial leader with the strategic perspective, business acumen, and leadership capability to drive a complex, multi-category business.
Experience & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.

15+ years of progressive Sales and/or Marketing experience, including significant senior leadership responsibility.

Strong track record developing and executing commercial and business strategies in Mexico.

Experience within consumer technology, consumer goods, office technology, electronics, or related industries strongly preferred.

Demonstrated experience leading and developing senior Sales and Marketing teams.

Proven accountability for a significant revenue target and commercial results.

Experience driving profitable growth, market share expansion, and organizational transformation.

Strong experience operating in a multinational environment and influencing regional and global stakeholders.

Business-level fluency in English and Spanish.
