Sample Supply Chain Analyst , your future opportunity?
You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end flow of samples and related materials, from inventory evaluation and stock transfer order placement through import coordination, regulatory compliance, shipment tracking, warehouse receipt, inventory control, and final preparation and distribution to laboratories and customers.
You will report to our Supply Chain Manager, based in Querétaro, Mexico.
In this exciting opportunity, you'll:

Responsible for coordinating and ensuring effective inventory planning, material replenishment, and import/export logistics operations to support the timely availability of samples and materials for laboratories and customers.

Oversees order tracking, stock transfers, shipment coordination, customs clearance, and delivery follow-up while maintaining close communication with supplying sites, logistics providers, customs brokers, and internal stakeholders.

Manages material and inventory data within ERP/MRP/SAP systems, ensuring accuracy of transactions, inventory records, and import/export documentation in compliance with regulatory and customs requirements.
- Coordinates warehouse receiving, storage, labeling, inventory reconciliation, sample preparation, and outbound distribution activities, while identifying operational issues and driving continuous improvements across inventory, import, and distribution processes.
Your professional profile includes:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics management, Foreign Trade or equivalent.

Working knowledge of import/export regulations, customs requirements, and trade compliance.

Working knowledge of inventory and supply chain processes.
-
Knowledge of shipping, receiving, transportation, and warehouse processes.

Strong affinity to systems and analytical tools (SAP, BI/BO, etc.).

Language skills: English * Fluent.

Knowledge in Forecasting (Statistical Models).

Microsoft Office.
