The Impact You'll Make

At Danfoss, you will play a key role in helping customers maximize the performance, reliability, and efficiency of refrigeration and air conditioning systems. Your technical expertise and problem-solving skills will help customers resolve challenges quickly and confidently.

As part of our Cooling technical support team, you will be the trusted voice behind our products, delivering high-quality support, training, and application guidance across multiple channels. Your work will directly contribute to customer success and strengthen long-term relationships.

This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer who is passionate about refrigeration and HVAC technologies and eager to expand their expertise in advanced cooling solutions, controls, and automation.

What You’ll Be Doing

Provide technical support for Danfoss Cooling products through phone, email, and digital platforms to ensure timely and accurate customer solutions.
Troubleshoot refrigeration and air conditioning systems to help customers identify root causes and restore system performance.
Deliver technical presentations, training sessions, and educational content to increase product knowledge and application expertise.
Create and maintain technical resources, including guides, manuals, videos, and troubleshooting materials, to support customer success.
Collaborate with customers, sales teams, and internal experts through site visits and ongoing engagement to improve application outcomes and customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, Refrigeration, or related engineering discipline).
Advanced English communication skills , both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
Knowledge of refrigeration and air conditioning systems , including HVAC principles, refrigeration cycles, or related mechanical applications.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple customer requests and technical priorities effectively.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn digital tools such as CRM and customer support platforms, with availability for occasional travel.
