Office Manager / Recruiter & HR Coordinator (Remote)

Position Overview
As our Office Manager / Recruiting & HR Coordinator, you will oversee the entire employee lifecycle—from recruiting and interviewing candidates to onboarding, payroll, and ongoing employee support. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our remote workforce while ensuring our internal operations run smoothly.
This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, outstanding organizational abilities, and the confidence to make decisions independently.
ResponsibilitiesRecruiting & Hiring
- Create and post job advertisements on multiple hiring platforms.
- Review resumes and identify qualified candidates.
- Schedule interviews with applicants.
- Conduct video interviews and evaluate candidates.
- Communicate hiring decisions promptly.
- Coordinate reference checks when needed.
- Maintain an organized recruitment pipeline.
- Work closely with management to fill positions quickly and with high-quality candidates.
Onboarding
- Coordinate the onboarding process for all new hires.
- Prepare employment documents and onboarding materials.
- Ensure all required paperwork is completed accurately.
- Set up new employees in internal systems.
- Schedule and coordinate training sessions.
- Ensure new hires have a smooth and professional onboarding experience.
Human Resources
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding questions, concerns, attendance, and company policies.
- Maintain employee records and documentation.
- Assist with employee performance follow-ups when needed.
- Coordinate employee offboarding.
- Help maintain a positive company culture and employee engagement.
- Ensure HR processes are organized and completed on time.
Payroll & Administration
- Collect and verify employee timesheets.
- Prepare payroll accurately and on schedule.
- Maintain payroll records and employee information.
- Track PTO, attendance, and work hours.
- Organize company documents and internal files.
- Support leadership with administrative and operational tasks.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting, human resources, office management, or operations.
- Experience conducting interviews and hiring employees.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Comfortable handling confidential information.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
- Experience using ATS or recruiting platforms is a plus.
- Experience processing payroll is preferred.
