- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- Availability to work Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
- Interest in developing a career in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Intermediate English proficiency preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the recruitment team throughout the hiring process.
- Support candidate sourcing activities and resume screening.
- Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Update and maintain candidate information in recruitment databases.
- Assist with job posting management across different recruitment platforms.
- Support employment reference checks and candidate documentation.
- Assist with onboarding activities for new hires.
- Provide administrative support to ensure an efficient recruitment process.
- Participate in recruitment and HR-related projects as needed.
