Your Key Challenges
The Head of Marketing at ECN Automation is responsible for designing, leading, and executing the company’s global marketing strategy, with a primary focus on accelerating growth in the United States, while ensuring consistent brand positioning across Mexico, Central America, and South America, and supporting market access to Brazil and Canada.
This role integrates digital and traditional marketing, oversees the development and rapid launch of ECN’s new corporate website, and ensures full alignment between marketing, business development, and sales objectives.
The position also owns ECN’s corporate image and brand identity, ensuring consistency, professionalism, and differentiation across all channels and regions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Marketing Leadership (Priority Focus)
- Lead the design, development, and rapid launch of ECN’s new corporate website, ensuring:
- Clear value proposition by products and industries
- Strong UX/UI and conversion optimization
- AI-search readiness (SEO adapted to modern search engines and LLMs)
- Dedicated blog and application case sections
- Automatic bilingual detection (English–Spanish)
- Product portfolio display tailored by country/region
- Integration with CRM and analytics platforms
- Modern, clean, and professional design
- Define and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy, including:
- SEO / SEM optimization
- Content marketing and inbound lead generation
- Marketing automation workflows
2. Social Media Management and Content Strategy & Execution
Oversee the creation and distribution of high-quality technical and commercial content across multiple channels:
- Social media content (LinkedIn priority; also: X, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
- Platform-specific posting strategies aligned with each channel’s audience and purpose
- Email marketing (targeted campaigns and nurturing sequences)
- Blogs and technical articles
- Corporate and product videos
- Webinars and technical presentations
- Podcasts (industry-focused thought leadership)
- Digital brochures and product sheets
- Event and project coverage
Ensure all content aligns with ECN’s positioning as a high-value engineering and technology partner.
3. Events & Industry Presence
- Plan, organize, and lead ECN’s participation in:
- Seminars
- Industry conferences
- Trade fairs and expos
- Coordinate technical presentations, booths, and live demonstrations
- Maximize event ROI through lead generation and brand visibility
- Promote ECN’s solutions across key sectors:
- Mining, Cement & Aggregates, Food & Beverage, Water & Wastewater, Energy
- Automation and instrumentation solutions
- Digitalization and data systems
- High-level OT (Operational Technology) solutions
- Process optimization systems
4. CRM & Lead Management
- Own the end-to-end lead management lifecycle, including:
- Lead capture (website, events, campaigns)
- Lead qualification and scoring
- Distribution to Sales and Account Managers
- Ensure proper use and continuous optimization of CRM systems
- Track and report:
- Lead conversion rates
- Pipeline contribution
- Campaign effectiveness
5. Corporate Image & Brand Ownership
- Define and safeguard ECN’s corporate identity and brand guidelines
- Ensure consistency across:
- Website
- Presentations
- Proposals
- Marketing materials
- Regional offices
- Strengthen ECN’s positioning as a:
- Technology-driven company
- High-value engineering partner
- Innovation leader in mining and industrial sectors
6. Regional Marketing Coordination
- Lead marketing efforts across:
- United States (primary growth focus)
- Mexico
- Central America
- South America (Peru, Chile, Argentina, others)
- Market development and access in Brazil, Canada, and other international markets
- Adapt messaging to regional markets while maintaining global brand consistency
Key KPIs
- Website launch timeline and performance (traffic, conversion rate)
- Qualified leads generated (MQLs / SQLs)
- Contribution to sales pipeline and revenue growth
- Brand awareness and market positioning (especially in the U.S.)
- Digital engagement metrics (CTR, open rates, social reach)
- Event ROI (leads and opportunities generated)

Profile Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field
- 8–12+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in:
- Industrial automation & information technology
- Process Industry
- Engineering services
- Technology solutions
- Strong expertise in:
- Digital marketing
- Website development and optimization
- CRM systems and lead management
- Proven ability to:
- Lead teams and cross-functional initiatives
- Translate technical solutions into clear commercial value propositions
- Fluent bilingual (English/Spanish) required
