What will you work on?
As the National Account Manager II for Specialized Toy Retailers, you will oversee the commercial relationship and sales strategies for key accounts across Spin Master Mexico. You will develop joint business plans and negotiate commercial conditions with major specialized toy store clients, ensuring optimal sales growth, profit margins, and exceptional in-store execution during high-seasonality peaks.
How will you create impact?
Negotiate and execute commercial strategies with specialized toy retail accounts to secure optimal placement, pricing, and visibility.
Develop Annual Joint Business Plans (JBP) in close collaboration with buyers and key stakeholders at major retail partners.
Build and manage monthly, quarterly, and full-year sales forecasts to anticipate and maximize high seasonal demand.
Monitor account PL metrics and manage allocated budgets and allowances to ensure maximum profitability.
Partner with marketing teams to optimize the product portfolio, accelerating product rotation and brand presence in stores.
Generate and present comprehensive sales performance and market analysis reports to regional and global leadership teams.
What are your skills and experience?
Proven sales track record managing key national accounts and driving sustainable business growth within the consumer goods sector, preferably with highly seasonal products.
Strong expertise negotiating commercial structures, business terms, and joint business plans with major retail buyers.
Advanced capability to interpret sales data, identify consumer trends, and translate analytics into strategic sales actions.
Deep familiarity with the specialized retail landscape and direct competitor tracking.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is considered an asset).
Experience utilizing SAP for sales forecasting, order tracking, and reporting is highly advantageous.
Fluent in both spoken and written English and Spanish.
