About the company - Cleaning Business Growth is a digital marketing agency that works with owners of residential cleaning businesses to grow their businesses with digital marketing services. We offer Website Design, Google Ads Management, Meta Ads Management, SEO, Social Media Marketing, & Email Marketing.
About the position - We are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist to help manage our SEO client accounts alongside our white label SEO partner. This person will be responsible for making smart SEO decisions, reviewing account performance, identifying struggling accounts, communicating clearly with our team and partners, and helping ensure our SEO clients are moving in the right direction.
This role is not just about completing tasks. We need someone who understands SEO strategy, can look at an account and recognize what is working or not working, and can make thoughtful recommendations around website content, service pages, blog topics, meta titles, meta descriptions, technical issues, local SEO, and overall SEO performance.
The person we hire must be highly organized, analytical, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple accounts at the same time. You must be able to communicate well, follow up consistently, and work well with both our internal team and our white label SEO partner.
This is a work-from-home position.
Skills Required - At least 2+ years of experience in SEO. Must be able to:
- Review and manage multiple SEO client accounts.
- Work alongside a white label SEO partner to keep accounts moving forward.
- Review SEO performance and identify accounts that are struggling.
- Make recommendations for website content improvements.
- Review meta titles and meta descriptions with our partner.
- Make recommendations for service pages, location pages, blogs, and website structure if needed.
- Understand keyword research and how to apply keywords to website content.
- Review SEO accounts monthly and understand what actions need to be taken.
- Identify basic technical SEO issues that may impact performance.
- Understand local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization.
- Communicate clearly with team members, partners, and clients when needed.
- Stay organized and manage tasks across multiple client accounts.
Requirements
- Proficiency in SEO account management.
- Strong understanding of on-page SEO, local SEO, keyword research, content strategy, and basic technical SEO.
- Ability to review websites and make recommendations to improve organic rankings and conversions.
- Ability to analyze SEO performance and determine what changes are needed.
- Experience using SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SE Ranking, Screaming Frog, or similar tools.
- Ability to review and improve meta titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal links, and website content.
- Ability to identify underperforming accounts and recommend a plan of action.
- SEO experience in the home service industry is a big plus.
- Self-motivated and requires little supervision.
- Able to communicate well and guide decision-making about SEO strategy, content, website improvements, and priorities.
- Must be highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Strong analytical skills.
- You must be a strong team player.
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
- Must be fluent in English.

Pay: $22,323.00 - $33,504.00 per month
