About the Role
We’re hiring a Virtual Assistant (VA) to provide reliable, high-quality administrative and operational support.
This is not just basic admin work — you will:

Data & CRM Management-
Maintain records in:

Manage digital filing systems (Google Drive, Dropbox, SharePoint)
Research & Task Execution-
Conduct research on:

Compile findings into clear summaries or presentations

Support ad hoc tasks and small projects
Customer & Vendor Support-
Respond to basic client inquiries or route them correctly

Communicate with vendors and follow up on tasks

Ensure nothing is delayed due to lack of follow-up
Operations & Project Support-
Assist with:
