We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to become part of our team.
This position supports a large-scale Salesforce transformation and enablement program within a client-facing delivery model, focusing primarily on Sales Cloud / Service Cloud and related business capabilities across the Salesforce ecosystem. The engineer is expected to act as a senior hands-on contributor capable of taking full ownership of features and problem areas end-to-end, rather than simply executing pre-decomposed user stories. The role calls for strong independence, proactive discovery, and willingness to work within a more flexible team structure where duties may extend across Salesforce platform development, configuration, administrative functions, integrations, and adjacent Java-based services when needed. This is not a narrowly defined Salesforce-only role. The client is deliberately moving toward a more cross-functional engineering approach, so adaptability, technical curiosity, and comfort operating beyond a single platform boundary are essential.
Responsibilities
-
Take full ownership of feature delivery, problem statements, or scoped outcomes with minimal oversight
-
Proactively clarify gaps, surface risks, and drive technical decomposition rather than waiting for fully detailed stories or step-by-step instructions
-
Operate across Salesforce development, configuration, and administrative duties depending on delivery requirements
-
Participate in technical discovery, implementation planning, estimation, and solution design conversations
-
Address platform-level needs when required, including flows, permissions, configuration, deployment support, environment hygiene, and administrative updates
-
Collaborate effectively with adjacent systems and services, contributing to Java-based integrations when relevant
-
Apply AI-assisted and spec-driven engineering practices where suitable to improve clarity, speed, and delivery quality
-
Engage directly with US stakeholders and internal counterparts in a professional and dependable manner
Requirements
-
A minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience
-
Solid Salesforce background, with particular focus on Sales Cloud / Service Cloud
-
Hands-on command of core Salesforce engineering capabilities, including Apex, LWC, Flow, SOQL/SOSL, integrations, and deployment workflows
-
Strong understanding of Salesforce performance optimization, bulkification, governor limits, debugging techniques, and quality practices
-
Demonstrated ability to handle both development and administrative/platform responsibilities within Salesforce environments
-
Experience working from feature scope and business intent rather than relying solely on fully detailed user stories
-
Confident use of AI-assisted coding and engineering tools to support productivity and delivery
-
Strong communication abilities, self-sufficiency, ownership mindset, and comfort operating in a client-facing setting
-
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (B2+ level or higher)
Nice to have
-
Willingness to contribute across adjacent technologies, including collaboration with or development of Java/Spring-based services when relevant
-
Familiarity with Amazon Web Services (AWS) for cloud infrastructure and services
-
Experience with Broadcom Rally for agile project management and tracking
-
Knowledge of Copado for Salesforce DevOps, release management, and CI/CD
-
Exposure to Genesys for contact center and customer experience integrations
-

-
Working knowledge of JavaScript for front-end and Salesforce-related development
