Your contribution at AIG:
You are respected for your expertise and/or ability to analyze and run the procees to issue/renew policies from a variety of products and clients, helping the team to accomplish the KPIs and ultimately, by taking ownership to take MN to the next level.
Key Accountabilities:
The position will be responsible for analyzing information from network to issue policies, endorsements, certificates as needed. Also, to request clients/brokers information to proceed with issuance of documents and comply with local regulations for Anti-Money laundering laws.
Responsible for developing relationships with brokers assigned and being the link between the external client and internal areas as needed. Contribute to growth of area by analyzing/negotiation increase of handling fees based on history of claims, level of support required, etc.
What we are looking for:
- Bilingual (fluent in English at a Business Level is a must) third language is desirable, not mandatory

Desirable Minimum 3 years work experience in Insurance, Financial Services or Client Servicing (broker or company background).

Bachelor’s degree in international business or related financial field

Goal oriented Mindset. Open to always learn new skills and abilities: continuous learning attitude.

Strong written & verbal communication and interpersonal skills
