Job Description
We're looking for a Sr. Manager Finance Treasury, Credit & Collection to join our finance team in México, Mexico. In this strategic leadership role, you will oversee all treasury operations, credit management, and collections activities while driving financial optimization and risk mitigation across the organization. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional analytical capabilities, decisive leadership, and a strong commitment to operational excellence in managing our financial resources and stakeholder relationships.

Develop and execute comprehensive treasury strategies to optimize cash flow, liquidity management, and working capital efficiency

Oversee credit risk assessment, approval processes, and credit limit management to minimize exposure while supporting business growth

Design and implement collections strategies and processes to maximize accounts receivable recovery and reduce days sales outstanding

Manage banking relationships, negotiate terms, and maintain compliance with banking covenants and financial agreements

Analyze financial data and market conditions to provide forecasting, modeling, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team, establishing clear performance metrics and accountability standards

Ensure compliance with all applicable financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal control requirements

Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to treasury, credit, and collections functions

Manage departmental budgets and identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvement

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, operations, and accounting to align financial objectives with business strategy
Qualifications

8+ years of progressive experience in treasury management, credit management, or collections operations

Proven track record in cash flow optimization, working capital management, and liquidity planning

Strong expertise in credit risk analysis, credit policy development, and accounts receivable management

Demonstrated experience leading and managing finance teams in a matrix or complex organizational environment

Advanced proficiency in financial analysis, forecasting, and modeling

Proficiency with ERP systems and financial management software platforms

Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal control frameworks

Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills with banking institutions and external stakeholders

Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial data analysis tools

Exceptional organizational and project management abilities with strong attention to detail

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data and drive data-informed decisions

Excellent communication skills in English; Spanish language proficiency is preferred

Experience in international finance or multicurrency treasury operations is preferred

Familiarity with credit rating agencies and debt management is a plus
