About the Role
Are you a fast-paced logistics professional looking to supercharge your career with high-impact regional experience? We are seeking a Transportation Planner for a dynamic temporary assignment within our Hub. In this critical role, you will be the driving force executing our regional deployment plan across the network.
You won’t just schedule trucks; you will actively manage day-to-day transportation execution, handle international exports, optimize freight budgets, and use data diagnostics to solve real-time supply chain challenges. If you thrive under pressure, love finding cost efficiencies, and want to gain elite exposure by collaborating with regional and international partners, this is the perfect stage for you.
Core Responsibilities
Deployment & Execution: Create and manage Stock Transfer Orders (STOs) based on distribution plans, ensuring timely communication and seamless execution across warehouses and carriers.
Daily Logistics Operations: Own daily booking, transport confirmations, tracking, and issue resolution. Coordinate closely with warehouses to manage capacities and logistics flows.
Data & Capacity Management: Maintain and optimize master data driving Truck Load Building (TLB) (pallet/weight capacities, lane lead times) and deliver actionable exception-handling reports.
Financial & Budget Control: Drive actions to meet the transport budget, manage monthly pre-invoices, process freight claims, and lead regional pallet management programs.
Cross-Functional & Customer Synergy: Partner with Customer Service and sales teams to optimize transport modes, order patterns, and co-loads while supporting peak month and quarter-end surges.
Export & Compliance: Oversee the execution of exporting products to other regions, ensuring absolute compliance with international shipping regulations.
Metrics & Analytics: Generate country, customer, and carrier KPI reports to lead performance reviews alongside the Transport Manager.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 1-2 years of experience in transportation planning, logistics, or a comparable role within a dynamic supply chain environment.
Proficiency with advanced Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platforms.
Intermediate to Advanced English level.
Solid experience managing Excel and Google Suite.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience or strong interest in leveraging AI capabilities and digital analytics for logistics optimization.
Knowledge of Domo, Sigma, or similar data visualization tools.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and influence internal/external stakeholders.
Our Commitment to Inclusion
Our journey begins with our people—developing strong talent with diverse backgrounds and perspectives to best serve our consumers around the world and fostering an inclusive environment where everyone feels a true sense of belonging. We are dedicated to ensuring that each individual can be their authentic self, is treated with respect, and is empowered by leadership to contribute meaningfully to our business.
