Key Responsibilities

Lead and execute HSE/Wellbeing programs across sites; partner closely with Operations, HR, and Real Estate.
Ensure local legal compliance and maintain audit-ready management systems.
Drive ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 activities (audits, corrective actions, evidence control, continuous improvement).
Promote a strong safety and wellbeing culture through trainings, prevention plans, incident follow-up, and reporting.

Requirements

3+ years in a senior HSE/EHS/SST role with proven leadership and cross-functional influence.
Hands-on experience with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 (implementation and/or audits).
English level B2 (conversational).
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and emotional intelligence; ability to work with on-site and remote teams.
Availability to work on-site and move between company locations in Mexico
