General Purpose of the Position
As a Video & Motion Designer, you will be responsible for creating, editing, adapting, and maintaining high-quality video and motion graphic materials for our digital platforms. You will focus on producing dynamic visual assets for sports campaigns, promotional content, landing pages, CRM, social media, product-related materials, and tutorial videos that help users understand and navigate the product experience.
This position requires strong skills in video editing, motion graphics, visual storytelling, digital production, and the ability to use AI tools to optimize video, voice, editing, and content creation processes. The role will collaborate closely with the Product Design team in a fast-paced environment with multiple ongoing campaigns, product updates, and tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and edit video materials for sports campaigns, promotions, product launches, landing pages, CRM, newsletters, social media, and digital advertising.
- Produce tutorial videos and product walkthroughs to explain how to use specific features, flows, promotions, or tools within the digital product.
- Design and produce motion graphics, animated banners, transitions, visual effects, and interactive visual elements to enhance user engagement.
- Use AI tools to support video production, voice generation, subtitles, editing workflows, script development, visual references, and content adaptation.
- Adapt video and motion assets to multiple formats and screen sizes, including desktop, mobile, social media, web placements, and paid media formats.
- Work closely with the Product Design team to develop visual assets for Sports, campaigns, promotions, product education, and product content.
- Support the production of high-quality digital assets for major sports events, seasonal campaigns, and special promotions.
- Ensure all video and motion materials are aligned with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, product behavior, and platform requirements.
- Collaborate with designers, product teams, marketing teams, and developers to ensure smooth implementation and visual consistency across platforms.
- Organize working files, versions, exports, and final deliverables in a clear and efficient way.
- Stay up to date with video, motion graphics, digital design trends, AI tools, and production technologies to keep CalienteMx’s digital presence visually strong and competitive.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality, attention to detail, and delivery deadlines.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in video editing, motion graphics, digital design, or a similar creative production role.
- Proven experience creating video content, animated assets, banners, digital ads, social media videos, promotional materials, and tutorial or explainer videos.
- Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Experience working with Figma is desirable.
- Knowledge or hands-on experience using AI tools for video editing, voice generation, subtitles, script support, image/video references, or content adaptation.
- Strong understanding of visual composition, rhythm, storytelling, typography, color, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to translate product flows, features, or user journeys into clear and easy-to-understand video tutorials.
- Experience creating assets optimized for different digital platforms, screen sizes, and formats.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high production standards.
- Ability to collaborate with Product Design, Marketing, Sports, and development teams.
- Experience in sports, entertainment, gaming, betting, or high-volume digital campaigns is a plus.
- Portfolio or reel required, including examples of video editing, motion graphics, animated banners, digital campaign materials, tutorial or explainer videos, and AI-assisted content if available.
