Position Overview:
We are looking for a detail-driven, fully bilingual (English/Spanish) Endorsements & Bind Processing Specialist to embed with one of our partner agencies and take ownership of the day-to-day servicing of their trucking accounts — primarily Auto Liability (AL), Motor Truck Cargo (MTC), and Physical Damage (PD).
This is not a background or task-based role. You become part of the agency's team: keeping policies accurate, endorsements moving, and bind requests properly documented. You will work side by side with the agency's producers, underwriters, and carrier partners — all remotely, on U.S. business hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process policy endorsements accurately and promptly across AL, MTC, and PD lines (adding/removing units, drivers, trailers, additional insureds, loss payees, and coverage changes)
- Receive, review, and properly log and document bind requests in the agency management system before coverage is bound with the carrier
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date policy records in internal systems
- Review quotes, binders, endorsements, and carrier documents for accuracy and completeness
- Issue and organize Certificates of Insurance (COIs), auto ID cards, and supporting documentation
- Communicate with underwriters, carriers, and the partner agency's internal team
- Follow up on pending endorsements, bind requests, and required documentation
- Ensure compliance with carrier guidelines, agency procedures, and turnaround timelines
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in U.S. commercial insurance, preferably trucking/transportation (AL, MTC, PD)
- Hands-on experience with endorsements and/or bind request processing (preferred)
- Fully bilingual English/Spanish, with strong written and verbal English proficiency
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer skills
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
- Familiarity with FMCSA filings (MCS-90, BMC-91X, Form E/Form H) and UIIA/intermodal requirements
- Experience handling documentation and compliance processes in a trucking book
