As we continue to scale, we're looking for a Web Developer who can build, enhance, and maintain modern web applications that improve internal operations, automate processes, and create intuitive user experiences.

What You'll Do
Full-Stack Development
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications from front-end interfaces to back-end services.
- Build responsive, user-friendly applications that deliver an exceptional user experience.
- Develop reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
- Participate throughout the software development lifecycle, from design to deployment.
Back-End Development
- Develop and maintain APIs and server-side functionality.
- Build and manage databases while ensuring data integrity and performance.
- Implement security best practices and data protection measures.
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability.
Front-End Development
- Develop intuitive and responsive user interfaces using modern front-end technologies.
- Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional applications.
- Ensure applications perform consistently across browsers and devices.
Testing & Maintenance
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software issues.
- Perform testing to ensure application quality, responsiveness, and stability.
- Continuously improve existing applications through enhancements and optimization.
- Maintain technical documentation for systems and applications.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with product managers and business teams to define software solutions.
- Collaborate with data analysts and other technical teams to support reporting and business initiatives.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
- Share technical knowledge and contribute to engineering best practices.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 3–5 years of experience as a Web Developer, Full-Stack Developer, or similar role.
- Strong experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks.
- Experience with back-end development using technologies such as Node.js, Java, C#, or Python.
- Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases such as MySQL or MongoDB.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.
- Understanding of software architecture, security, and performance optimization.
- Experience using Git and modern version control practices.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Professional proficiency in English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with React, Angular, or similar JavaScript frameworks.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and modern deployment practices.
- Experience working within Agile development environments.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Experience building enterprise or business-critical applications.
