Logistics Coordinator - Drayage Freight (Uncapped commissions - English Required)
Location: Mérida, Yucatán, México
Work Arrangement: On-site
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Join our Mérida office, an extension of our US-based freight brokerage, supporting drayage, ocean, and air freight operations. This Logistics Coordinator role will focus primarily on drayage shipments, while also providing support for ocean and air freight movements as needed.
In this role, you’ll work closely with our US-based drayage brokers to coordinate shipments, communicate with carriers, and ensure freight moves efficiently while building your career in the logistics industry.
What You’ll Do:
- Support our US-based drayage brokers with daily freight operations
- Coordinate drayage shipments as the primary responsibility, while also assisting with ocean and air freight movements
- Track freight and ensure on-time pickup and delivery
- Help optimize load execution while maintaining strong carrier and customer relationships
What We Are Looking For:
- Advanced English (C1+) non-negotiable
- Drayage brokerage or drayage operations experience is required
- Professional experience (operations, customer service, logistics)
- Initiative, problem-solving, and strong organization
