The In-Country Site Leader will be responsible for overseeing and managing the company's operations to ensure success in the local market. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing business and strategic plans, managing local operations across departments like sales and finance, building relationships with stakeholders, ensuring legal compliance, and leading the local team to achieve organizational goals.

Manage every aspect of operations in-country
Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities, identify opportunities, and adopt strategies to foster market growth and increase revenue.
Lead, motivate, and manage the local country team, fostering a positive and high-performance culture.
Manage the country's profit and loss (P&L) and prepare financial reports for senior management.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, local partners, vendors, and relevant authorities, such as legal and regulatory bodies.
Ensure adherence to local laws, regulations, and the company's ethical standards, as well as manage potential risks associated with operating in a new market.
Collaborate with local businesses to acquire all necessary resources and services
Conduct extensive research regarding the market and learn everything possible
Develop marketing and production teams with local expertise
Collaborate with leadership to strategize regarding organizational initiative
Synthesize monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on progress and development
Network effectively with local clients and develop strong professional relationships
Work to ensure deadlines are met and budgets are maintained
Adapt the business model to be culturally relevant without losing its identity
Mentor direct reports, especially about our values and vision
Contribute to the overall global success of our company
Master's degree, MBA or other relevant fields, strongly preferred
BS/BA in related field
10 years or more experience in management in an international business setting
5-7 years of people management experience
Significant experience in the finance and marketing fields strongly preferred
Fluent in the language of the country
Experience living overseas for an extended period of time
Exceptionally well organized and driven by success
Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations
Outstanding negotiating skills
Analytical thinker with superior problem-solving skills
Solid history of data-driven strategic development
